Poplar Creek Tiny Home Village will feature 31 long-term home sites, providing a tight-knit, welcoming environment for tiny home enthusiasts.

Our village is designed to be a retreat from the ordinary, offering serenity, sustainability, and simplicity in every aspect.

Situated on 10 wooded acres, Phase One is currently open with 10 home sites. Phase Two is scheduled to open by the end of 2025 and will add an additional 21 home sites.
